SALES, ENGAGMENT, CULTURE & LEADERSHIP EXCUTIVE TRAINER
Rachael brings more than 35 years of experience in Operations Leadership, Sales, Negotiations, Prospecting, Presentation Skills and Sales Leadership in her highly impactful coaching and workshops.
She creates a safe place for participants to be vulnerable in learning and challenges them to reach their next levels of performance. Before starting her company, Rachael was the Director of Organizational Development and facilitated sales and leadership training over 15 years.
As a coach, she models highly effective leadership, communication, interpersonal presentation, and sales skills. Her expertise spans interpersonal and process based skills, including uncovering needs, creating and presenting solutions to address specific business issues, strategic planning, sales forecasting, development, and customer service.
